Disagreements and suggestions

At CIMA Hospital we care about providing a quality experience. If you identify any aspect that can be improved, we are committed to resolving it in a timely manner. We want any inconvenience not to be a reason to classify your visit as a bad experience.

Law No. 8239 protects the rights and duties of users of health services, both public and private, throughout the national territory. In compliance with these regulations, Hospital CIMA works to guarantee safe, efficient and patient-centered care.

If you present a disagreement, it is recommended to contact the Services Comptroller as soon as possible.

Insurance and payment methods

All payments corresponding to outpatient services, hospitalization and surgery will be previously verified by the Account Analysis Department and subsequently processed by the Admissions and Cashiers area.
